Tina Uridge

Tina Uridge Executive Director

Tina Uridge has been the Executive Director since CCSS’ inception in 2005. Tina has over thirty-five years of experience in the aging field including developing and administering senior programs and direct clinical experience with older adults. Tina earned her Social Work degree from Missouri State University and has a Masters in Gerontology from Central Missouri University.

Tina is active in local and national senior advocacy organizations. She serves on the Mid America Regional Council’s Commission on Aging and co-chairs MARC's KC Communities for all Ages Advisory Committee.  Tina also co-chairs the Senior Falls Prevention Coalition of Clay and Platte counties and is a member of the Show Me Falls Free Missouri coalition, serving on the Executive Lead Team.  She is a member of the KC Regional Leadership in Aging and the Northland Health Alliance.  

 


Ann Kinney

Ann Kinney Program and Resources Manager

Ann Received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at The University of Wisconsin-Stout In Menomonie, Wisconsin. Ann moved to Kansas City in 1998. Ann has worked for Crittenton Behavioral Health, supporting children and families in crisis, Cornerstones of Care as a program manager for an abuse prevention home visitation program, Missouri First Steps, Intake Coordinator and most recently, Beacon Mental Health as the Older Adult Behavioral Health Educator and Outreach Specialist. Ann has two  children, Alison and Matthew. Alison is a dynamic force to be reckoned with, and thriving as a young adult with Autism and intellectual disabilities. Matthew is a student at the University of Nebraska, studying Civil Engineering. Ann is happy to be a part of CCSS and looks forward to working alongside the team, board, community partners, and supporting older adults in Clay County.


Vicki Hon

Vicki Hon Operations Administrator & Program Support

Vicki Hon joined Clay County Senior Services in 2017 as Operations Administrator and Program Support. She has over 30 years of experience working with older adults in both long term care settings and in a community center environment. Prior to joining us, she managed the Palmer Center of Independence, MO. for 14 years.  Under Vicki's leadership the center was accredited through the National Council on Aging.  Her experience in managing a para-transit and senior transportation program, extensive travel program, volunteer management, and overseeing a nutrition site serving both congregate and home delivered meals has helped her develop a wide array of skills to contribute to CCSS.

Vicki's passion is to help seniors embrace the idea of not only Aging in Place, but Engaging in Place by staying involved, healthy and active in their community.


Lisa Tang

Lisa Tang Office and Accounting Coordinator

Originally from Australia, Lisa has called the U.S. home for over thirty years. She has a Business Degree in Marketing and Human Resources and has spent the majority of her career in the not-for-profit sector. Lisa has had the privilege of working with older adults in a number of different settings and is thrilled to be a part of an organization that is committed to helping seniors not only age successfully – but to thrive! A proud Clay County resident since moving to Kansas City in 2012 with her two sons, Lisa enjoys entertaining, card and board games, hiking, motorbike riding and doing just about anything with her family!
