Tina Uridge

Tina Uridge Executive Director

Tina Uridge has been the Executive Director since CCSS’ inception in 2005. Tina has over thirty-five years of experience in the aging field including developing and administering senior programs and direct clinical experience with older adults. Tina earned her Social Work degree from Missouri State University and has a Masters in Gerontology from Central Missouri University.

Tina is active in local and national senior advocacy organizations. She serves on the Mid America Regional Council’s Commission on Aging and co-chairs MARC's KC Communities for all Ages Advisory Committee.  Tina also co-chairs the Senior Falls Prevention Coalition of Clay and Platte counties and is a member of the Show Me Falls Free Missouri coalition, serving on the Executive Lead Team.  She is a member of the KC Regional Leadership in Aging and the Northland Health Alliance.  

 


Paula Zigmond

Paula Zigmond Program and Resources Manager

Paula Zigmond has been working with older adults for more than 20 years, as Program and Resources Manager for CCSS since October 2005 and before that as Volunteer Coordinator for Northland Shepherd's Center. She was also an adult educator in community colleges as well as teaching in high schools. She enjoys providing resources and ideas for older adults to age well in Clay County.

Paula is a staunch advocate of active aging, lifelong learning, and whole person wellness. Paula serves on the Northland Community Services Coalition, and was a board member for 6 years. She has had the privilege of being a facilitator for the Aging Mastery Program from the National Council on Aging since 2017. She is also a Master Trainer in A Matter of Balance and Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs.


Tammy Gillispie

Tammy Gillispie Office Coordinator

Tammy has worked for Clay County Senior Services for 10 years as the Office Manager. Prior to this position, she worked in the banking, long term care, retail, hotel and restaurant industries, where she acquired her strong accounting and administrative skills.

Tammy has been a resident of Clay County for most of her life and enjoys participating in various ministries at her local church.  Tammy likes talking with seniors because "you just never know what fabulous piece of history you might uncover."


Vicki Hon

Vicki Hon Operations Administrator & Program Support

Vicki Hon joined Clay County Senior Services in 2017 as Operations Administrator and Program Support. She has over 30 years of experience working with older adults in both long term care settings and in a community center environment. Prior to joining us, she managed the Palmer Center of Independence, MO. for 14 years.  Under Vicki's leadership the center was accredited through the National Council on Aging.  Her experience in managing a para-transit and senior transportation program, extensive travel program, volunteer management, and overseeing a nutrition site serving both congregate and home delivered meals has helped her develop a wide array of skills to contribute to CCSS.

Vicki's passion is to help seniors embrace the idea of not only Aging in Place, but Engaging in Place by staying involved, healthy and active in their community.
