“Still Under Construction—Brain Development and Drugs” 

Laura Bruce, Program Development Specialist at Tri-County Mental Health Services, will discuss current trends in drugs use and the effects these substances have on brain development in adolescents.  She also will discuss how youth are obtaining drugs and what grandparents should look for in their grandchildren’s behavior if they suspect drug abuse.
