The topic will be “Getting My Affairs in Order.”

P. Glen Smith, J.D., attorney and owner of Smith Elder Business Law, LLC, will be the featured speaker. He will present an overview of basic legal documents and what they should provide, how to avoid probate and protecting assets. In addition, he will discuss types of long-term care, preparing for long-term care and taking care of loved ones if individuals become disabled.
