Aging Mastery Program Elective class

Classes will be held virtually via the Zoom meeting platform.  A 30-minute Zoom support session will be held two days prior to each class, to help you navigate the virtual world.

• Thursday, March 18: Communicating With Your Doctor. 
  This course covers the importance of good communication with health care teams, with a focus on gaining the skills to become more empowered and effective in those interactions.
  Registration deadline for this class is Friday, March 12.

We will host a Zoom support session at 10:00 am, Tuesday, March 16.
