 ncil on Aging (NCOA) as a means of offering practical strategies to empowe
 r others to age well.&nbsp\; This current session will focus on offering s
 upport to those who are in a caregiver role to an older adult loved one.&n
 bsp\; This class will meet for 12 consecutive weeks\, beginning on Friday\
 , July 13th.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Each class will meet from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm an
 d will include lunch.&nbsp\; The topics covered in the AMP curriculum are 
 designed to promote healthy aging as you take care of yourself and your lo
 ved one.&nbsp\; This class emphasizes the importance of small\, consistent
  changes over time leading to mastery of healthy habits.&nbsp\; We would l
