 d owner of Smith Elder Business Law\, LLC\, will be the featured speaker. 
 He will present an overview of basic legal documents and what they should 
 provide\, how to avoid probate and protecting assets. In addition\, he wil
 l discuss types of long-term care\, preparing for long-term care and takin
 g care of loved ones if individuals become disabled. Northland Grandfamili
 es is a cooperative program between Clay County Senior Services\, the Plat
 te County Senior Fund and the University of Missouri Extension Council in
