DESCRIPTION:The 2019 Age Positive conference will once again offer a forum 
 for innovative program ideas to enhance current older adult programming\, 
 develop new programs and offer workshops to help participants hone leaders
 hip skills. The theme for this year's conference is "Thrive!" Hosted by a 
 partnership of regional organizations\, this conference is best suited for
  professionals and volunteers working in senior centers\, community center
 s\, libraries\, park districts and other venues that offer programming to 
 older adults. The cost is $40 per person ($50 after April 15) and registra
 tion will open March 15. Limited scholarships will be available — scholars
 hip applications will be available online. CEU credits are pending. Confer
