JOANN DEVINE
Board Secretary
3 year term: 12/31/2004 - 12/31/2007
JoAnn is a retired registered nurse, with her degree from St. Mary's College. The last 15 years of her nursing career was spent in home health nursing, primarily in Clay County.

JoAnn has been a resident of Clay County for 40 years, 30 of those as a resident of Gladstone. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys playing the piano, long walks with her dog "Buddy," and trips with her Gladstone seniors' group.
